Terms and Conditions
The Christmas in July promotion provides a 20% discount on room rental for events taking place in November 2025, December 2025, and January 2026.
Booking deposit is reduced to $100 for this promotion with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. This discount applies to new bookings only, made through August 1, 2025.
