On Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 9:30AM – 3:30PM, The Community House will delight guests with the beloved Birmingham House Tour. This will be a day for design enthusiasts, architecture admirers, and curious neighbors alike to gather and explore eight stunning homes nestled in the Birmingham and Bloomfield area. Carefully curated by a dedicated committee, each home on the tour offers something truly special—whether it’s a bold reinvention of a classic colonial, a modern masterpiece of clean lines and glass, or a cozy bungalow brimming with warmth and personality. We hope you’ll join us!

 

  • Self-guided tour from 9:30AM – 3:30PM
    • Registration and tour bag pickup begins at The Community House
      • Wednesday, September 10th from 2:00PM – 5:30PM
      • Thursday, September 11th from 8:00AM – 2:00PM
  • Tour Only Reservations: $49
    • Please Note: Day of Tour Price Increases to $69.00 for Tour only  
  • Tour and Lunch Reservations: $69
    •  Includes a Lunch prepared by our exquisite culinary team between 11:30AM – 1:00PM

Parking

Free parking is available for the first two hours in the Chester Street Structure and all other Birmingham parking structures. There is also metered parking across from The Community House at $2.00 an hour (limit 4 hours). Parking is free on Sundays in all parking structures and meters. Revised Parking Map
